In celebrating the streetwear label’s 20th anniversary . the HUF x Nike Dunk Low SB ‘San Francisco’ pays homage to the city that Keith Hufnagel called home during his eponymous brand’s founding years. The late professional skateboarder started HUF with a single retail store in San Francisco . and the SF Giants serve as the inspiration for this shoe’s design . featuring a tumbled leather upper in black and white. Unique branding hits include the HUF logo — along with a jeweled mini-Swoosh — stamped on the toe box . an etched skyline graphic on the back heel . and ‘Keith Forever’ embroidered in the Giants’ black and orange font across the heel tabs. Inside the shoe . lime green sockliners display mismatched Nike SB and HUF insignias. A hidden detail is saved for the quarter panel . where a canvas tie-dye print inspired by HUF’s 2004 Dunk High collaboration is revealed by slicing away the leather exterior.
